These guys were awesome!

I purchased a used ten thousand watt gas generator and a manual transfer switch. But wasn't sure how to hook it all up so I call SR Mohler Steve and Jared came over a couple days later and got everything install and working in less than a day. They even did a tune up on my old generator. Can't thank these guys enough I highly recommend them!

No repsonse

Have called this dealer at least 12-15 times and left numerous messages but to no reply. I don't understand how a dealer can keep it's dealership with Generac? At least return the customer's calls and explain why. To me this is bad business and rude.The first time I called my call was returned and I was told to call again in two weeks cause at the time they were very busy. In two weeks I called, to no avail. I have been calling, to no avail.

We purchased our Generac Generator a year ago and we are extremely satisfied with it's performance. Our local dealer had incredible knowledge about this generator and their guidance helped us pick the correct size for our home with the proper features so our new generator could run at peak performance. Our local dealer installed the unit in a timely manner and took the time to explain how it works in it's entirety and what is needed to keep it running smoothly. Our dealer maintenances it regularly and we are absolutely satisfied with this brand of Generator and our Local Dealer-highly recommended!!!
