In light of of the supply chain issues and Covid 19 madness Spring Generator came through and performed well once these obstacles were overcome. Delivery and installation were professional and I am very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a standby generator.

Not so great

We have had our generator installed for almost a year. Still no schedule for maintenance or the training that was supposed to have happened. Company is very bad with communication of any type and keeping appointment times. Supposed to have been her on the 12 of July 2021, still no show or call.

I found myself in the dark due to a thunderstorm. My generator had ceased operating due to a failed battery tender, leading to a failed battery, leading to a frozen governor linkage. They came out within one hour, diagnosed the problem and had me back up and running quickly. Though I was desperate they did not take the opportunity to up-sell me on parts and services that I did not need. I will call them the next time my generator needs attention.

My husband and I recently moved to a new house in Magnolia. The previous owners had a contract with Grasten Power. I attempted to work with Grasten to get some work done on the generator. They proved very difficult to work with. I looked in this area for a local company providing generator maintenance and service. We found Spring Generator! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! David was soooo helpful. We scheduled an appointment and he came out, serviced the unit, got it working and explained how the generator is supposed to work. He was awesome!!! We signed up for the annual maintenance agreement. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Spring Generator.

Outstanding Service and Installation

We did a lot of shopping around for a quality stand-by generator for house in Spring, TX. We had several providers come out to the house. Spring generator was the only company that offered to do the entire project including custom concrete slab, surge protector and installation. They even took the time and extra expense to make sure our concrete slab was exactly the same height as the slabs we have our pool equipment and AC's on... Who does that when we didn't even request it? They did a completely turn-key installation. We didn't have to do anything with the utility companies at all. David took care of every detail. Their electricians were complete professionals and everyone on the crew was outstanding and super polite. David goes overboard with communication before, during and after the sale. He let us know what was happening during every step of the way and everything was exactly on time. The most incredible thing about our experience was their installation cost was actually LESS than the other providers. They didn't try to up-sell us on products we don't need and they didn't try to sell us a maintenance contract that we don't need. They service their units as needed and they take care of their customers. I can't say enough about David and Spring Generator and I would recommend them to anyone.
