not knowledgable
Spera "serviced" my generator for a few years. Then, I had a problem and it was clear that Joe didn't know anything about my Generac. He put the wrong spark plugs on my machine, causing other problems. I had to find someone else to fix his mistakes.

THESE GUY'S WERE GREAT !!! From start to finish,competent technicians worked to insure that all was in-order, and ready for the final test. The owner spent a great deal of time before the work started explaining our options and costs.
