Specialized Power Services

New generator

We bought this generator about a month ago, SPS was great to work with. Work was done on schedule, they answered all of our questions, and their customer service is top notch

Very Experienced and Customer-focused

Had two quotes and very happy I went with SPS. Very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, from quote through installation. Quote was accurate and options were clearly described as needed or not. Appointments were for a precise time (not a range) and they were here when they said they would be (with no rescheduling), completing the work within the time estimated and with minimal interruption of service. All their work was inspected and received final approvals without any questions. Strongly recommend SPS.

Great Dealer!

After meeting with 4 area Generac dealers, SPS instilled the most confidence, with a complete detailed estimate, honest review of my needs and common sense advice throughout the entire process. I feel I am in good hands in the future with these people. I never have felt like I was getting a sales pitch or pressured to buy additional services. Great people servicing a great product. So, glad we went with them!

Fantastic company! Highly recommend!

I really appreciate this dealer! They’re installed 2 generators for me! The first works amazing! And the second is just about installed (at my house)! Great company, great professionalism! God bless!!!

The dealer is great! I’d give an “A” to Specialized Power Services!

They have a great team! The owner is great! His team is great! The owner knows a lot about installing generators! He’s a pro you can tell! Specialized Power Services installed a 60kw generator for my business which works fantastic, and their customer service is great! Also they are currently installing a 26kw generator at my house! They do a great job! God definitely blessed me by giving me these guys! They’re great! I highly recommend! He installs things correctly and also is there to do service, repairs maintenance as needed! God bless them!!!

SPS is Awesome!

My purchase from start to finish was a great experience. Honest, Professional, Friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!!

We highly recommend SPS!

We were very pleased with our installation of our Generac Generator from start to finish. Everything was explained very well and thoroughly. They were very efficient and professional.

Definitely recommend this dealer for generator installation.

From initial contact to installation and final inspection, this team was excellent. The sales person was responsive, answered questions anytime, and provided all the information and statistics that my condo association required. The installers worked hard to prepare the site for hookup. The owner/ electrician was extremely thorough, professional, and made sure everything was done just right. He took the time to set up the Mobile App for me and showed me what I need to know about the Generac.

Awesome business

We were referred by a friend and we live over an hour from this business but they did not hesitate to make the drive to give us a price and then do all the installation. Everyone was very professional and the job was completed as expected. We will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

First Class

These folks are everything the other reviews say...first class from start to finish.
