Rude and suspicious. Wouldn't provide service.
This was the strangest customer service experience that I've had in years. After several texts and calls over a few weeks about getting him to check out a problem with our new generator installation, Steve became rude and suspicious. We talked for 6 minutes about where we were in the installation process and what went wrong, until Steve abruptly said that we needed to find someone else; he wouldn't come out. He seemed to imply that Generac had prompted his suspicious and accusatory attitude. I'm baffled.
