no expertise - couldn't even access dealer menu

The first technicians that came out to install the generator (24KW w/Synch 3.0) didn't even know how to access the "dealer" part of the menu on the generator (still don't). Had to make second trip because generator wasn't level at all. 3 months after generator install it was actually used during a 14-hour outage and it leaked about 3-4 ounces of oil from the oil filter base in to bottom basin. First trip out to fix the young guy didn't even have a spare oil filter to test - had to go back and get one (that took another hour). He let the unit run about 15 minutes and it was still leaking oil from bottom of filter at engine case. He didn't know what else to do so I let him go (it was approaching 5PM on a Friday. It is Monday and spoke with mgr. who is sending another tech out this afternoon. Will post again after that visit.

Southern Air did an awesome job!

This was a great experience. One phone call and Adam came out sized the generator (we needed a 20KW) and he lined up everything. He contacted the power company, gas company, and the building inspectors. The whole processes was seamless. We have already used the system 2 times. All of the installers were very well trained and very nice.
