Outstanding Service
Paul and his crew from Southeast Services are the best contractor we have ever dealt with. From our first phone call to the office through the last day of installation of our whole house generator, they have treated us beyond our expectations. We definitely highly recommend Southeast Services Inc.

Best Experieince with a contractor EVER!
Called into Generac to schedule appointment for installation quote. Got set up with three dealers in the STL metro area. Paul came out and totally impressed us with his knowledge and understanding of our complex installation and gave a very detailed explanation of their process. The difference between Southeast and the other two dealers that came out was night and day from the initial consultation to the completion of our installation. Paul and his team are the best - would recommend them to anyone that wants or needs a Generac!!!

No Response
I scheduled an appointment window from 12 -3. I was home before11am to find a business card in my front door. I called the person on the card (who turned out to be the owner) and told him that I had scheduled a noon appointment, he said he had me down from 9-11. I checked my voicemail and the office had called to confirm my noon appointment. The owner said he was out of the area already but would call in the afternoon to schedule coming by. He never called back.

Exceptional service
Had another dealer install my system and needed service a couple years later. Called Generac and they directed me to Southeast, said they were the ones to call in the St. Charles area. I was told they are the only Master certified techs around. Got us up and going in a matter of minutes, great company.

Paul and his crew are hands down the best in the business when it comes to your product line. We have utilized them on several locations on your Industrial products as well as the home standby's and they never missed a beat. Their knowledge and expertise in your generators is second to none. Best in the business as far a we are concerned. Great job(s)!!
