South Shore Generator Sales & Service

Helpful and Professional

Sandi Allen made this experience so seemless. She came to our house so prepared and helped us understand how the process works. She made a great suggestion on where to put the generator and really helped us through the forms and how to navigate with Eversource. Beth in the office was super helpful with the contract as well. Each step was made so easy!

Top-notch from start to finish

After a power outage took out half our fish tank, we knew we needed a whole home generator for the next season. From the first phone call and visit to the installation and follow-up, every member of South Shore Generator was kind and responsive. If you're looking, there's no need to shop around. Make them your first call.

Unbelievable fast service

I called with a repair request for my 20 KW Generac generator and a service repair man arrived in less than an hour. He diagnosed the problem, got the part and in less than 2 hours It was up and running. What more could you ask for?

The entire team truly cares!

Needed to replace our portable and after discussions with the salesperson we realized going standby would be a better option for us. We didn't feel we would be able to afford the installation but with the help provided by South Shore Gen it was clear this was a viable choice and less expensive than we realized. Great experience.

A pleasure to work with..

I heard about South Shore Generator from a friend, they are a great company. I was able to have my existing older generator evaluated and temporarily fixed while I waited for the installation of my new GENERAC which covered my whole house. Great service and responsiveness from beginning to end. I highly recommend the team at South Shore Generator! Their years of experience in service and sales truly show.
