We had to look for another dealer after the one who had originally installed our 30kW generator in 2019 went out of business some months ago without notifying their generator customers.

I have been using them for the past couple years to service my generator .... they have been very prompt in taking care of any issue that I may of had. They have always taken the time to talk with me and explain what they are doing and why they are doing it so as to keep me informed of how my generator is running

Hired Jim to examine, repair and start our new generator. He was skilled and very knowledgeable about the Generac we had purchased a few months ago. In just a couple of hours he had the generator running, registered and programmed to exercise monthly. We very much appreciated his timely response to our service needs.

Returned call promptly, showed up as scheduled and hooked up our generator at his first service call. Seemed very knowledgeable. We will have him service our generator each year. Excellent.

Sons of Thunder treated me great. I have purchased both the 10 kw and the 20 kw generators from Generac. The installation by Sons of Thunder was completed fast and clean as promiised. This company is reliable and professional. Service has been fantastic. As for the product, I have just finished my 5th day without power due to an ice storm and the generator haven't skipped a beat, running them 23.75 hours per day. I am so pleased with the whole experience of purchasing, installing, and using my Generac generators. As you know, most products are only as good as the service you get with them and Sons of Thunder is what makes my good experience great.

This guy was amazing! He found the problem quick, ordered the parts, kept in touch when he would be back to rebuild the unit. Watching him work he didn't mess around and knew what he was doing.
