Beyond Professional!

received a generator a quote and installation from Mr. Bill at Sonflower Services July 2023. Experience some installation glitches with some crossed wires from the manufacturer. Mr. Bill worked tirelessly and diligently to diagnose and correct the problem. Didn\u2019t find just one thing wrong. Was able to identify one problem that led to another, and to another. After several days and endless phone calls with Generac he was able to get us up and running. Cannot express enough appreciation for what this man went through to get us set up. Would highly recommend him and his business.

AWESOME service

AMAZING! Sonflower not only came out sooner than he originally planned but he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it same day. Our relay switch also had not been working for 2 years and our old company we used kept telling us they needed to order a part. Sonflower looked and said "oh you just have a wire loose". So happy and prices were so reasonable.

Very professional in every way, know his product. Always willing to answer any and all questions, always returns calls and does what he says when he says he will do it. The install was done with no mess, no problems and he had the electrician there right on time. He's a joy to work with in every way. Follows up after he knows the generator was used (Laura) checked it out, even though we told him it worked perfectly. Highly recommend him and have to several people. 6 stars!

Above and beyond

I ran into a problem trying to hook up my cracker-jack welder and Mr. Moon went above and beyond on his day off on a Saturday to help out. He even invited my father and I to his house to make sure everything checked out. Who does that these days! In boxing terminology, he's the type of person you want in your corner no matter what your fight is. Thanks again.
