Far beyond the call of duty!
I was able to have a technician in my house in a very reasonable time frame considering Miami in storm season. the office staff was friendly over the phone and kept me posted with progress. Carlos was able to determined the problem and suggested routine maintenance to avoid issues in the future. overall, I was very satisfied and will call them again.

available when I needed them
During the recent hurricane Irma, Solcar was able to come and help me figure out what was wrong with my generator. there was a wait on his cue of appointments but not as bad as other dealers I called on the list, plus the whole city was pretty affected by the storm so I understood.Carlos explained everything in detail and provided an honest solution without overcharging. He suggested schedule maintenance for the future to avoid future issues.
