Janet, the owner, is well versed and extremely knowledgable in solar and Generac backup generators. Very process focused with project management expertise. Day 1 ground prep and generator unpacking from truck done by a small crew, Day 2 was hookup with certified electrician, a veteran. Day three was two certified plumbers for the gas hookup. The electrician and plumbers were exceptional in their vocation - professional and extremely friendly. r
