An exceptional experience from the initial meeting thru installation. Workers were friendly and knew what they were doing. They worked well together and actually completed the installation in one day which they indicated does not normally happened - mainly do to electrical inspections. Very pleased with SOLOR SOLUTIONS and now have piece of mind - can't wait for the next storm.

Contractor salesman provided custom ideas and was on target with residential needs. Installation was highly planned, quality work with attention to detail and outstanding review and follow-up to ensure customer understanding by Field Manager. All technical questions were answered and hands on demonstration provided, thus provided me with the knowledge and confidence to operate this machine in an power outage or emergency.

Hands down the best service company that I have dealt with. From the minute I welcomed Solar Solutions into my home, I felt secure with my decision. Every question was answered by their Knowledgeable staff. The men that came out to install my generator were wonderful also, took the time to make sure that I understood the process. still waiting

quick install hiwever the panels were damaged at stire it took 5 months before i got replacemebt parts and was able to get service appointment. when tech showed up for appointment, he didnt have right tools and had to reschedule. had piwer outage and no power in house. called for service call. still waiting for return call to set up after repeated calls to them.

Amazing Service

After years of dealing with a antiquated power grid in my area, I decided to invest in a Generac Generator. Solar Solutions was recommended to me by both a co-worker and a neighbor. From the first meeting I could tell this was the company I wanted to do business with, they were honest and gave me the options that I needed to make the best decision for my family. It is nice to know that there is a company out there that still takes pride in the work that they provide. I have now had my generator for over 1 year and could not be happier with the work that this company has provided. This is a company I will recommend to my family and friends.

I did not have a good experience.

I did not have a good experience with this company. Please do your research, companies do not have to send out a Registered or Licensed electrician to install a generator as long as the owner holds a license. I did not know this nor did the home improvement store who sent this company to me verbally tell me this upon my consult. I had Major electrical and Gas issues resulting in an emergency visit from South Jersey Gas. The owner never visited my house after several requests to do so when problems arose. I had to find another Certified Generac Electrician to inspect the install and my house for safety.

Good from start to finish

The team from Solar Solutions arrived on time and completed the installation of the Generac 20kwh on schedule. I found the workmen to be knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, accommodative and would recommend them based on my experience.
