This dealer truly does not service Generac without a hook

This dealer is listed as a full service dealer representative for Generac on Generac's website. I called them for service on a 8KW home Propane Generac Generator. They called back fairly quickly and the gentleman was very polite and professional. He indicated they do service Home Generac Generators but as we got further into the discussion he indicated we had to become a customer and buy their propane or they would not service the unit. I asked if they recognized Reliance Fuel Alliance for propane pricing. He indicated they did not. Therefore to have service on the Generac Generator you have to buy the higher price propane fuel from them only. So in honesty they truly are not a service dealer for Generac they are a propane fuel provider who will service the product if you buy their high price propane they offer. The gentleman said that is their company policy. I am truly surprise Generac supports this kind of representative of their product.

When we met with Snow's they were amazing in telling us that we really didn't need to spend as much as other companies had said and also didn't require the size generator that we were quoted by another person. we appreciated their honesty.Their work was very neat and their electrician is justr a wonderful person.When the power went out after the last storm we were as happy as chickens.Then a recall came into effect and they were there and explained the recall in terms we could understand and repaired it without any problem

I decided to go with Snow's because they have 24-7 service. Their plumber initially installed piping on the side of my house as the ground was frozen. I was not pleased with the look and Snow's was out the next day re-installing the pipe underground (fortunately we had a thaw). Their electrician was top-notch-extremely neat, detailed and patient, spending time with me going over circuits.
