Magic ear

I had to call him next day after leaving a message.\u201cI am sorry, really busy.\u201dI told him what was happening with my Guardian, and he said let me hear it.So i manually started it and he told me the engine was damaged, probably run with low oil. He told me to send all pertinent info and he would see what he could do with replacement with company.All over the phone, altho engine did not start just cranked. HmmmnSO I REALIZE THERE IS MO HENERACT REPAIR JUST REPLACE WITH ANOTHER ONE.

Oustanding service

We needed to find a generator for our 3,000 sqft kennel in case of a power outage in the severe Texas heat. Our dog's safety is a number 1 priority. Smith Power Equipment was out within a couple days to give us an estimate, and once we were ready to purchase, they had it ordered and on our property in about 2 weeks, which was amazing! We had to wait a few more days to get the propane hooked up, and they were out that afternoon to make sure our dogs were kept safe! We highly recommend them!

Superb Customer Service

My Generac generator threw a fault on me during its weekly testing on a Sunday afternoon. Cleared it but it went right back to the error. Had to wait until Monday morning to call Generac but we had storms overnight and of course we lost power.... Murphy clearly stopped by my house... SMH! Anyway, started calling service dealers after getting the list from Generac. Smith Power Equipment called me back within 2 hours of me leaving a message and showed up same day to repair my generator and get me back up and running. Highly recommend their service overall and their customer service is outstanding. If you've got a Generac Generator and need a checkup or service give them a call.

After 2 months and no clue when other dealer would get around to fixing, with in a week to 10 days the guys from Smith had found the problem, got the part , installed up and running.
