Great service

We had severe storms and lost power, cable and landline. The generator worked perfectly, we received an email from generac informing me of a problem. I phoned my local company and they were sent a technician out the same day and he was very professional. Mike troubleshot the problem and fixed it. Then told me that it was covered under warranty.

Emergency avoided!

Wow, had our Generac go out without any warning. Neighbor gave us the contact information for Skyview Energy. So glad they did. Spoke with Marla, told her our sudden emergency. The team had the techs swap jobs to get to us wiithin hours instead of days. That's heads up thinking & great team work. Erik knew exactly how to fix the situation & even performed a service on our unit. Defintely helped us out when we had no power, kept us from having ruined food and we were able to work from home as normal. I'll always remember how professional & at ease they made me feel. So glad my neighbors highly recommended the team. Much appreciated

Nice unit/ great company

Company willingly came in and fixed a problem that existed on a new unit but one that they did not originally sell to me. I’m quite grateful for their help. The men were wonderful and job done masterfully.

I lost power like 10 times since I bought my Generic. It works great, very glad I bought it.

Good and reliable annual service. Appreciate receiving a reminder that annual service should be scheduled. Chad was so polite, friendly and efficient. Disappointed that the annual service cost has increased $35. We continue to be very pleased with our Generac. It is serving us well as we never know when our power will be out.

Nice to have

We’ve been with this company for a few years now and are very happy with them. They come out once a year to check and do maintenance on our Generac Generator and we’ve never had any problems. The people are all very pleasant to deal with.

Chad arrived on time and addressed my concerns, namely he re-set the battery re-charge time as requested and changed the oil and plugs. Air filter was clean and did not need to be changed.
