Called service and the call was answered promptly by the owner. He came to the house same day to fix the generator. The generator worked for about 8 hours. Never answered my calls again. Sent a bill and a note saying how sorry and embarrassed he was to have "forgotten" to call me back 3 months later.
Good a what he does, but too expensive and does not keep appointments

The individual was very professional in the beginning, but has failed to keep appointments and failed to contact us on numerous occasions the past two years. He is also pretty expensive.
