Excellent Company to Work With

I sent a inquiry to Generac for a quote & they referred me to another installer. A week later, they set up an appointment in a couple of weeks. The day before the appointment they called to reschedule 8-10 weeks out. I declined. I contacted Generac for another reference, they sent my contact info to Steve who contacted me the same day & gave me an estimate with a couple of days.

Great electrician and installer!!!

Steve is the best. He came to us to install the electric for a gas insert fireplace. We were then talking how we had no power for 10 days. He said he does Generac systems and from there we placed an order for a whole house generator! He was very informative on the process, very competitive with his price, and went above and beyond to take care and organize some other electrical wiring that he didn\u2019t have to do. I could only say great things about Steve! I have given his phone number to my neighbors and I will use him for all my electrical needs going forward. Great person and great conversations we had! Got a few different quotes for a backup generator and service upgrade. Steve's quote was the only one that was thorough enough that I didn't feel as though I'd be surprised at some point during the job with extra costs- and I wasn't. He knew exactly what I needed, how much it would cost, and worked with me to set up a plan for doing the work over multiple days with very minimal inconvenience. He's been in business for awhile, and knows what he's doing. When you deal with him, he's the same guy giving an estimate and doing the work. No salesman that doesn't know the trade or mechanic that doesn't know what you were promised by a slick talking salesman, just an all around professional.

Steve is on top of every maintenance schedule work or any issue that comes up. He is in su=ync with our notifications so that when we get the text informing us of service or problem issues, he gets the text and just deals with it. We are very pleased that we chose SKA as the dealer/installer and maintenance PROFESSIONAL!!
