Amazing service!
Jim was outstanding! He and his colleagues were thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very clean and professional, they left the work area cleaner than they found it! The installation was smooth, they were very patient and insightful. Very willing to explain the process, ensure we understood the product and maintenance; very reasonable rates and would highly recommend- cant speak highly enough about Jim! We are a community oriented non profit company, and Jim was incredibly flexible and helpful to make sure we were able to navigate the process of a standby generator, and staying within budget, offering options- community oriented companies are hard to find... And Simon Generator definitely hits the mark!
