Sifontes Electric

Do not recommend at all

We contacted Orval to buy a Generac Generator. We made the purchase and was told we would receive it in 6-8 weeks. We did not get if for about 5 months after the purchase. We also let them know that we wanted to connect the generator to our solar system. When they delivered the generator they forgot to bring with them the 2 wire device to make the connection. Over the course of over 12 months we contacted their office dozens of times. Each time we were told that they would be on our side of the island soon and when they were they would bring the 2 wire device to make the final connection. Each time they told us they would be there they never showed up. I called the main Generac customer service about another issue and mentioned the frustration we had with getting the completion of the installation. The customer service representative was very kind and offered to contact this distributor to find a resolution. He continued to make excuses about why he never made the installation and got very defensive and rude. I offered to say something and he continued to talk over me. The Generac representative cut him off to try and defuse his tone. He hung up the line. I would never recommend anyone to use his services. We were extremely patient with him and his company but they have no concept of customer service or following through with their commitments. I do not have a recommendation for a distributor in Puerto Rico but steer clear from them
