Deceptive sales tactics. Basically disappears after they get paid.
They sold us rooftop solar and a battery backup. It\u2019s been almost a year and the system is still not fully installed. The inverter and battery backup don\u2019t work during outages. Even when the grid is working, the system often goes offline completely. They ignore most of my calls and emails. When they have gotten back to me, they usually tell me that I need to work with the utility and manufacturer myself. They act like it\u2019s not their problem that the system doesn\u2019t work.
