Shore Power Electrical Contracting

The process was flawless!

This excellent company recently installed a 24 kW Generac generator in my home, and I feel compelled to say how impressed I was with the knowledge and professionalism of Nick and his team. From the initial sales meeting through completion, the process was flawless, and I strongly recommend Shore Power Electrical Contracting.

5 star experience

We had our generator installed yesterday in Water Mill, by Shore Power. The whole experience, from start to finish, was professional and pleasant and easy. These guys are pros and we are fussy customers, but i couldn’t recommend them more highly.

An amazing Experiece

Shore Power Electrical is as good as it gets! The level of professionalism and exactitude before, during amd after the installation of our new 24kW generator was second to none. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I would recommend Nick and his crew in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Rob and Lori Southampton

First Rate!

Nick and crew installed our Generac with ease, extremely efficient and easy to work with, and focused on making it as easy as possible for us. Thoroughly professional and customer focused. Thanks, Shore Power!

Awesome Experience-These guys are incredible!

I will begin by stating it was an absolute pleasure from day one through to the end of installation dealing with Shore Power. The whole team from the initial phonecall inquiry was and continued to conduct themselves professionally and extremely informative in explaining the process and precisely how the unit functions. The installers were by far master electricians and that was confirmed by the town inspectors as well as utilities inspectors. “They really know there stuff”. If you want to be fully comforted in knowing your generator is installed properly, call Shore Power. From Lou welcoming you on the initial call, to the very pleasant Anthony at the first house call assessment to the very personable Nick the owner on follow up assessment of location straight through to the end of install, Evan explaining and educating me, let’s just say I’m impressed…and I don’t impress easily. On install day, 4 trucks drove up, 12 guys got out and they were determined to do a job right and get it done. I was shocked when they refused my efforts to offer the team coffee - no way, they were there to do a job and get it done right! Thank you thank you a 1,000 times over…I’m so pleased!

This deal is outstanding!

Shore Electric installed our Generac to perfection. The workers were efficient and neat. They were tireless in their efforts to complete the installation. Nick encouraged us to contact him with any concerns. We highly recommend Shore Electric.

great service and installation

they arrived a 8:15 am with the generator and by 2:00 pm they were done with the installation. the yard was cleaned up and no debris was left. I would give them a 5 star rating all around.

Excellent and professional

Nick came to my house and was very thorough with his proposal for installing a Generac generator. When we had questions, he was very knowledgeable. From proposal to installation, this company was great! I would highly recommend NIck and his team.

Professional and extremely responsive.

I do not often write reviews, but I had to let customers looking for a top of the line company for their generator support and installation know that SHORE POWER is the winner. During the last hurricane, our Generac did not turn on. I called Nick at 4pm. He promised someone would be to our home within the hour. 4:50 our Tech Josh showed up and was able to fix the problem within 30 mins. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you Shore Power!!!!

Excellent!

The entire experience with Shore Power Electrical was excellent. This is a very knowledgeable and very professional company. Our newly installed generator was installed in 2 days. The crew took great care of the inside and outside of our home. A class act company!
