I will begin by stating it was an absolute pleasure from day one through to the end of installation dealing with Shore Power. The whole team from the initial phonecall inquiry was and continued to conduct themselves professionally and extremely informative in explaining the process and precisely how the unit functions. The installers were by far master electricians and that was confirmed by the town inspectors as well as utilities inspectors. \u201cThey really know there stuff\u201d. If you want to be fully comforted in knowing your generator is installed properly, call Shore Power. From Lou welcoming you on the initial call, to the very pleasant Anthony at the first house call assessment to the very personable Nick the owner on follow up assessment of location straight through to the end of install, Evan explaining and educating me, let\u2019s just say I\u2019m impressed\u2026and I don\u2019t impress easily.On install day, 4 trucks drove up, 12 guys got out and they were determined to do a job right and get it done. they arrived a 8:15 am with the generator and by 2:00 pm they were done with the installation.the yard was cleaned up and no debris was left. I would give them a 5 star rating all around.

Nick came to my house and was very thorough with his proposal for installing a Generac generator. When we had questions, he was very knowledgeable. From proposal to installation, this company was great! I would highly recommend NIck and his team.

I do not often write reviews, but I had to let customers looking for a top of the line company for their generator support and installation know that SHORE POWER is the winner.During the last hurricane, our Generac did not turn on. I called Nick at 4pm. He promised someone would be to our home within the hour.4:50 our Tech Josh showed up and was able to fix the problem within 30 mins. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you Shore Power!!!!
