Called for a Generac and this was the recommended dealer. Greg came out for the quote. Very knowledgeable guy!!! They apparently do a lot of installs. Job was completed as discussed with no issues and nothing changed. They delivered as promised. Highly recommend Shockwave to do your installation!!!

They make Repairs!!

Had another electrician install our unit. Right out of the gate the unit malfunctioned. The contractor that sold it to us had no clue how to fix it and then stopped answering my calls!!! Finally I reach out to Generac and link up with these guys. Shockwave was great!!! They came out and diagnosed the issue Tuesday and had it repaired by the end of the day!! They had the part in stock!! Best part was that it was covered by warranty. Hats off to Shockwave and to Generac. Great companies and great service all around.

Quick and Professional

We called with the intention of getting a home standby unit. Greg was very helpful with explaining what size we would need for our home and what our best options were. The installation was fast and easy. The install team was wonderful! We had a short turn around time from start to finish. Shockwave has been out to help us a few times with understanding the unit more. Having this piece of mind with our unit and knowing that Shockwave is certified to repair the unit is awesome. We could not recommend Greg and his team more!

Discuss expectations before hiring

BLUF: 2 star rating. Timely to respond to emails and schedule service. Service was performed on time. Pricing was above average and not stated in advance. Invoicing is confusing and difficult to understand (from a business owners perspective). I recommend others clarify expectations with Shockwave in advance of scheduling.

Outstanding Service!

Shockwave Electric was extremely responsive to my request for help activating my new Generac Synergy 20kw generator. From my phone request to job completion was only two business days! The service person arrived on time, was polite, friendly, and kept me informed as he worked. An equipment fault that he found was diagnosed and a warranty claim started for me with Generac for the necessary replacement part. I couldn't be happier with their service, and they will be my "go-to" source for generator service in the future.
