Shockwave Generators & Electric LLC

terrible business

I bought this generator from Sams Club after I filled up with oil and gas I started it up.it ran for 30 seconds and shut off.I called generac they told to call shockwave electric.they said they would pick it up. they brought the generator back to me after I had pay $175 to fix it they told me I had to pay because I did not buy this generator from them

This dealer is outstanding!

This dealer was very professional. Each and every member of their team that I dealt with were cordial, friendly, respectful, and kind. The employee who came to the house for the estimate was prompt and detailed in his explanation of the service. When visiting the office, all staff members were welcoming and made me feel good about the choice I made to purchase the product and service through them. I would recommend their company to all of my friends and family.

Excellent Company

One of the best group of people I’ve had the pleasure of being around. Excellent work ethics and the owners are extremely friendly. Glad I purchased my generator with Shockwave.

Fantastic

The dealer was very easy to work with. Everyone who we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with our purchase and experience. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Excellent company

When a company comes out on the weekend, finds a minor flaw in your generator, and then says they’re not going to charge because is wasn’t a major issue and was in the area anyway.... Can’t do anything but recommend Shockwave Electric.

These guys have worked on our generator at my workplace and I’ve never seen as much professionalism in a business in quite some time. It was a “no brained” of where to purchase. I highly recommend this company.
