Great job

Good job installing my 22kw generator. Only issue I had was that my lawn is soft because it is thick. I did expect to get some ruts in it, but had they taken short line distance from my driveway to where the generator and tank were installed the ruts would have been minimal.

No hassle, no worries, Shawson Gas gave a quote, site survey, and installation that was outstanding. My questions and concerns were addressed up front and I didn't have to worry about what I didn't know. They made sure I was fully informed and the final result is exactly what I needed at a great price. I highly recommend Shawson over saving a couple dollars from other vendors. I decided on a Generac generator after researching several brands. Shawson Gas was a highly recommended dealer and I purchased my generator from them. They handled everything including the propane tank. The installation looks really nice and the staff was friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend using their services.

Dealer installation crew unorganized

I purchased a 22KW unit on 31 Aug. 2017, it is 25 Sept. 2017 and the unit is not installed as yet. they have made 4 or 5 trips here, there seems to be an excuse each time for late arrival or no arrival at all, I have had to put my life on hold for over 3 weeks in order for me to be here. To day a prime example I was told that it would be connected the first thing this morning and it is now 1 pm and still no one has shown up. The company is really a friendly place to do business But their installing crew leaves a lot to be desired.

Had a problem, they came right out and repaired the problem and it was under warranty and they took care of everything,
