I paid cash up front for my 22KW generator from Miller Electric in Greenville Ky.. I then paid cash for the installation.During the first power outage 11 months later, the generator does not run smoothly, my lights in the house pulsate and flicker and due to the generator being placed with a few feet of my heat/air unit, the fan from this pulls the exhaust from the generator into my vents causing my carbon monoxide detector to activate. The yellow check battery light is on and I made several attempts to contact my dealer to no avail until I left a message telling him I was going to call generac and complain. After that he called me back and has made excuse after excuse about coming to correct the issues. He has put every other job before mine and seems unconcerned that my generator is putting carbon monoxide into my home. His service is not poor, it's NON EXISTENT. We have recommended him to two other people who purchased generators from him before these issues arose. I now owe those people an apology. I have never seen a business person as unreliable as he has been and I will never use him again and will make every effort to tell anyone else to stay as far way from him as possible. Once he gets your money, he never comes back and will not answer his phone. If he does, he gives you a date and time he will be there and then when you don't hear from him and if you are lucky enough to make contact with him it's just another excuse why he did not show up and another promise to show up that he does not keep.
