Easy process!

Saw a a logo for Sentry Safe on a black truck in town and took down the number. Called and spoke to the sales person he and I figured out the exact size I needed to power my home during a utility loss. I signed the agreement unfortunately it took greater than 9 months to actually get my generator but I was told there was large delays in manufacturing up front. The sales person called me once it came in we had it dropped off and set on a very nice looking pad, within a few days the plumber was out to do his installation and then the electricians. They knocked it out fast once they had the product available even though it took almost a year they honored their agreement even with materials and the generator costing sentry safe more. I appreciate that they didn't try and change our agreed upon pricing. The installers explained everything and hooked up wifi for remote monitoring and offered service for the next 3 years which we agreed to. It was a turn key experience and I highly recommend using Sentry Safe as generators is what they do day in and day out. They also mentioned they are opening a Generac Store soon to look for that where I can see all that Generac offers.
