When Gen. was first installed, it would not come on after power failure. I called him and was told he was on the road but would pull over and try to help me. He told me what to do to get it started and after awhile, it finally started. This happened again several times so I asked him to come out and check it out. He came out today and thinks the problem was a loose wire from the battery. Said if I have any more problem to call him. He also noted an oil leak i should watch. Could be coming from oil cooler. He was very polite and knew what he was doing.

Great service

My Generac whole home generator got zapped by lightning and the controller was fried recently. I went to Generac's website and found Bart Wilson's company and he just came and fixed the problem quickly to get me up and running again. He is also going to install a surge protector at my home and add the WiFi remote monitoring system so I will know what is going on with my generator at a lake cabin 2 hours away. Additionally, Bart will also be notified if there is a problem and can provide service when needed.
