Select Power LLC

Fantastic Team

Could not be more thrilled with our new generator, the team was fantastic from start to finish. Top quality workmanship.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Can never get hold of anyone. Messages left, never returned. Look elsewhere.

Excellent Service

I had my generator installed by Select Power this year, it worked like a charm through the last 2 storms, they came out to change the oil after the storm so my generator would run well through the long outage. So thankful for the wonderful service I have received from Select Power!

no show

This makes 2 years in a row that they did not show up on the date they scheduled. Nobody called.

Patrick has been the best

Wish all our service providers were this good, coming when they say they are, not giving you a four hour window to wait around but an exact time.

Great results!

We’ve shopped around and interviewed 4 companies before signing with Select Power. No one explained the entire process the way Patrick did. This project was a significant expense but we felt very confident with Select Power, they executed the whole project in a timely fashion despite anticipated delays. I referred 3 neighbors and they all had the same experience. We highly recommend them.

Poor Customer service

I've had a control board failure for over two months now. select power has not communicated to me when the problem will be resolved

Very Knowledgeable!

We met with three companies before selecting Select Power to install our Generac generator. They provide a "one stop shopping" experience from filing for permits and coordinating with the county to coordinating with the gas and electric companies. Patrick and Kevin are very knowledgeable and instilled confidence in our decision to purchase a Generac. We would highly recommend them.

No Show - 3 times

Claimed they would come the following day from a call - No Show, no call, no nothing. Called them the next day. Kevin said he'd call that night to arrange an appointment. No Call. Call again - no reply. Text Them - no reply. Maybe they are no longer in business - or just acting that way.

So helpful.

I was afraid to tackle this project on my own as a widow, but Patrick and Kevin were so helpful in guiding me through this process. They never pressured me and took their time explaining how a standby generator works and what it will take to realize this project at my home. It took a while to get the permits from the county but Select Power managed everything for me. I feel safe in my home now, knowing my Generac generator will keep my power on. I am very satisfied and gladly recommend them.
