Communication throughout was tremendous, installation contractors were friendly and professional in all regards, worksite was kept spotless throughout. Follow up was always timely and concise. Select told us what they were going to do and then did it!! Couldn't ask for a better experience. Amanda, Jay, Jose and Steven all went out of their way to ensure the total experience was flawless! Highly recommend this contractor.

Best Experience out of All

We shopped around a lot, and I do mean a LOT for a local company that could install our Generac who could do everything, and do it right. This company does not disappoint! THE LADY RUNNING THEIR OFFICE IS AMAZING!!!! Her name is Amanda & someone like her should work for every generator installer. We were so overwhelmed at first but she patiently answered all of our 317 questions, explained things in a way we could understand, and never once made us feel stupid. She stayed on top of each detail from start to finish but in truth she is the reason we chose Select Generators over any other company. Simply put, she is HUMBLE & KIND. That being said, the project managers Tom & Brent have integrity down to their bones! They did not try to sell us extras that we don't need. They were so honest and truly knowledgeable. Their prices were about the same as another company and a lot less than some others but most of all we just felt like they would take care of us. And they did. We are very happy customers. Our generator pops on whenever it is supposed to and we never have to worry about being without lights and air conditioning in this crazy Texas environment. We L O V E Select Generators!!!

Select Generators is top notch, hands down most efficient and trustworthy! From the very first phone call talking to Amanda I knew this company was well organized and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I never felt any sales pressure to sign anything, in fact they encouraged me get other bids which speaks to the confidence they have in their company. I obtained 4 quotes from 4 different companies and hands down Select Generators really did the best looking everything over. Bret and Tom took the time explaining to me what was needed to do the work. As they say, \u201cyou get what you pay for\u201d and truthfully Select Generators is priced very competitively. I could tell right away Select Generators stood behind their work so it was a no brainer for me to choose Select Generators! They make signing the contract so easy, nothing hidden with a very simple easy to follow format. I had everyone\u2019s contact numbers from the very first day and I was encouraged to please text or call with questions anytime. Amanda did an excellent job answering all my questions and communicating with the team throughout. She took care of all the paperwork, registration, permits, warranty, etc.. and booked my install within a couple weeks. Other places were two or more months out before even setting a date to install. As they say, \u201cmother nature can be unpredictable\u201d, I had my generator installed during some inclement weather delays but this Team safely and effectively went above and beyond to still get it done in a very timely fashion. They are very efficient at what they do and have the process down to a tee! After the install, Jay did an excellent job going over the entire Generator showing me all the details and everything I needed to know. I felt very comfortable afterwards knowing everything he had taught me. We even simulated a power outage so Jay could show me how the generator would automatically turn on, it\u2019s really that easy! Everything worked as planned my whole house was powered up and I can\u2019t tell you how good that feels knowing I\u2019m now prepared for the worst weather to come. Thank you Select Generators for being the best trustworthy generator company out there! Truly a Happy Customer!

Fantastic Professionals!

Select Generators did a professional job from start to finish. We especially enjoyed working with Amanda, who kept us posted on every step of our project. She is a gem! The whole crew is fantastic but she was the one that made us decide on Select Generators over other companies. After two phone conversations with her we knew we were in good hands and signed the contract. Our generator was fully installed and running smoothly within three weeks, including obtaining permits. Brent & Tom got our estimate to us quickly and Jay did a great job explaining how everything works when it was all done. All in all they are an excellent team and the right place to go for a whole-home backup generator in the Houston/Katy area.

Couldn't recommend highly enough...

Fantastic experience with Select Generators, they recommended a generator solution that fulfilled my need, they did not try to sell me on the most expensive product. The most important takeaway is that Tom, Brent, Jay & Amanda are trustworthy and keep your best interest in mind. I will most certainly use Select Generators again going forward. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my setup and were very timely, which I am incredibly grateful for with hurricane season quickly approaching.
