Seidel Electric Inc.

Great company

Best investment in my family's security. the entire process for the evaluation to the final inspections went like clockwork. No drama. I would highly recommend Seidel Electric for your electrical backup needs.

Great Dealer

From start to finish, was very smooth and professional. Kept us informed every step of the process, and the installation crew were obviously experts in installing the generator.

No problems.....

If you're shopping for a whole house generatoryou can't go wrong with Seidel. I'm was very pleased from the initial meeting with Steve and right thru to a smooth installation. They are also competitively priced. Good choice. You won't be disappointed. After the last eight day power outage ...........no more worries.

Simply the Best!

Seidel Electric did an outstanding job analyzing my electrical needs and developing the best possible, most affordable solution. They changed out my old generator with a smaller, far more efficient Generac which, despite it's smaller footprint, is able to power my entire house - 3 times what the old, larger, less efficient generator was able to do. I run my business out of a home office so staying up is essential. My take on Seidel Electric can be summed up as follows: - Always the best / smartest solution. - Always the best equipment and guarantee. - Always - ALWAYS - the best value. Install took 1 day and when the job was done, the owner of the company, Steve Seidel, came by to inspect the job, show me all the features and benefits of the new equipment and make sure everything was working perfectly. Steve and his team are outstanding professionals with full spectrum residential and commercial experience and they specialize in Generator solutions and installations. They are also just good, honest, responsive people. Generac is simply the best generator on the market - and I did the research to prove it! Bottom line: This was an unbeatable combination and I would highly recommend Seidel Electric and Generac for all your back up and whole house generator needs.

Outstanding Dealer & Product

I am extremely pleased with both the Local Dealer, and the Product. My installation was delivered and installed on-time as promised. In addition even the electrical inspector made comment as to the neat and professional installation of my equipment.

Very knowledgeable

Unfortunately, my Generac whole house generator sustained accidental damage and when I contacted Steve at Seidel Electric, he responded very quickly and took the time to educate me on the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing my generator. Unfortunately, repairing it was not a good alternative so I contracted with Seidel Electric to replace the generator. Even though we were in the middle of a widespread power outage in the area, Mr. Seidel replaced the generator within 2 days of my initial contact. Based on his obvious knowledge and his candid attitude, I would definitely recommend Seidel Electric to friends.

Excellent service provider

Seidel Electric's installation was absolutely perfect: neat and clean. All the work they have done at my home - both associated with the generator installation and other wise - has been very neat and tidy. Never a complaint. In addition they are always quick to respond and quite helpful with questions. Subsequent yearly servicing and maintenance to the generator has also been top-notch.

It worked when it was needed.

We had our 22K generator installed about 3 years ago. The process was easy and professional. We have had annual maintenance and our generator exercises every few weeks. Since install we only had one 30 minute outage - until last Friday. The power went out in a severe storm, our generator kicked in and fully powered our house for 36 hours until power was restored. It's great when things work as promised.
