Top-Notch Install

We are extremely happy with our generator installation from Security Safe Company. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-communicated from start to finish. The install team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to do everything the right way. A special shoutout to James for his thoroughness and attention to detail — it really showed in the quality of the work. Highly recommend Security Safe for anyone considering a Generac generator installation.

Great service

Very competent repair technician fixed our generator. Easy to work with the office to set up an appointment. It's hard to find qualified repair people in our very rural area so we highly recommend this company for generator issues.

Thank you

Our generator failed the week before Idalia headed to Florida. Generac referred us to Security Safe. James talked my husband through troubleshooting and ultimately getting our system working. We will always remember this and will recommend this company and James to everyone Thank you

This Company is the Best! 5 Stars!

The entire process of purchasing this generator was an absolute pleasure. From the first initial contact the representative was extremely friendly and professional. My generator was installed in the exact time line that I was originally quoted. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home/yard in perfect condition. I highly recommend Security Safe for all of your Generator needs. 5 Stars!!!

What a pleasure doing business with!

Security Safe has a very friendly, professional, and well educated sales and service team. They came out to my home immediately to give me a sales quote, followed by a great installation. They have a great service department with very knowledgeable technicians (I have used other companies in the area that are rude and over priced). I would recommend using Security Safe to anyone in need of sales or service.
