"TOTALLY UNRELIABLE"

Contracted with Dennis 9/8/22 he gave a quote and took a substantial deposit. At that time was told he would install the 2nd week in Oct, then I had to contact him as to when he would arrive and was told it would be the 3rd week in Oct. I contact him again to find out what day and was told it would be the last week of Oct. When he told me he would be here Nov 2nd, he texted with excuse about rain and said he would be here Nov 7th., showed up on Nov. 8th unannounced to look at the location and make sure everything was ready which had been ready since Oct 10th. Today Nov. 9th he shows up not ready to install but ready to blow me off telling me the gas line was too small which it was NOT and he knew it, that I would need a new meter installed and that location was unfit due to ventilation (which he was incorrect) and that he was going to use a different transfer switch that was originally agreed upon, none of this was told to me the day before when he showed up unannounced. THIS GUY HAD NOTHING BUT EXCUSES, VERY POOR COMMUNICATION, AND FAILED TO DO WHAT HE WAS CONTRACTED TO DO! HE EVEN SHOWED UP WITH HIS CHECKBOOK TO GIVE ME BACK MY NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. HOW HE RECEIVED ANY PRIOR GOOD REVIEWS IS BEYOND ME! VERY FLAKY UNRELIABLE HUMAN BEING!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Dennis is a life saver. We were stuck in a mess and he went above and beyond what was needed. We highly recommend Schwalm Generations. If I could give 10 Stars They have definitely earned it.

Highly efficient and friendly service provider

Service provided by Dennis to install a warranty upgrade to my transfer switch was performed to high level of satisfaction for my high standards. Dennis performed the upgrade, including power transfer test, very efficiently and while performing the upgrade was friendly and courteous and easy to communicate with. I will call Schwalm Generation for any future maintenance needs on my home generator and highly recommend this dealer based on their excellent service provided to me.
