Dale was right on time in coming to our home for the initial quote. All questions were answered and explained well. Options were given as to models and installation. After contract was accepted Dale said how long it would take to be ready to install and amount of time necessary. After job was completed Dale walked me thru all the operation sequences that I would need to know. Excellent dealer service.
