I cannot say enough good things about the folks at SATTERFIELD & RYAN. The whole process quick and professional. We had about four different companies come and give us estimates. SATTERFIELD & RYAN were the first ones to give us an estimate and gave us a straight price with no hidden fees or surprises. They also provided us with the documentation necessary for our HOA. Their work is outstanding and they answered all the question we had in regards to having a generator.

Excellent installation!

Satterfield & Ryan installed a Generac generator at my home. The installation was high quality and all of the work steps nicely coordinated to meet my busy schedule. I am impressed with their attention to detail, response to questions and ability to service the generator by having a warehouse of spare parts available. The generator looks great and works well. Monitoring the generator using my cell phone is a plus. Glad we used Satterfield & Ryan for this generator installation!

Generac 22kW Air-Cooled is a great Generator. Wesley and the other installer were the best. They had every thing they needed for the job with them. They did it so professional, they were never at a lost of what to do. Their office had every thing set up with the electric co. & gas co. When they were done there was no mess. Very Positive Experience With This Dealer

We had a 14 kw. generator installed on 10/25/13 by Mike Kenton (sales person) and Wesley Herholdt. Extremely professional, courteous, and hard working. Spent a lot of time making sure everything we needed covered by the 14kw generator was in working order.I've also had the please of speaking of my experience with Dan Herholdt, Satterfield and Ryan and Susan Monday host of a local radio program.

Outstanding Installer!

My wife and I recently retired to the Delaware seashore and wanted to have a generator installed for peace of mind during our retirement. We selected Satterfield and Ryan based on other reviews on this site - and those reviews proved to be absolutely correct. Wesley and Mike finished a highly customized installation in one day, explained the installation to us thoroughly, and trained us in its maintenance and use. The equipment was installed with careful consideration of neatness, aesthetic appearance, cleanup, etc. We could not be happier with their work and would recommend them highly to anyone in this area who insists on the highest level of professionalism.
