Poor customer serice

I now regret purchasing a Generac Generator. I had a different Generac certified installer who installed my new home generator 6 months ago. I started to receive a low oil warning on my app and requested service by the original installer. After weeks of not answering, cocky responses I decided to try a different Generac authorized service facility, one that I currently use for my HVAC services. The agent that answered the phone was curt and just ignorant in her tone and manner. She stated that since they did not do the install that they do not provide service but that for a fee they might. I agreed to the fee but after deciding that I deserve to be spoken to more appropriately, I hung up and will move on to find someone who wants to help.
