Does Not Follow Up

Dealer never gave me 10-year warranty information that was included as a promotional with my purchase. I thought he was submitting it but come to find (per Generac rep) that he did not, nor did he give me instructions on what to do. I have no extended coverage now because it is past the window to submit. Also, did not give me support when my generator would not restart due to a module that shorted. After 2 calls, he finally gave me a number of another dealer who came to service it. Did not call back to see if things were taken care of. Also, I paid ahead of time for one servicing but when I called one year later, he asked how many hours the generator had run and that it did not need service until it ran a certain number of hours. I\u2019ll swallow the money loss because he is too difficult to take ownership of such issues after installation.

He was very Professional from start to finish. paying attention to every detail in the generator installation of the unit.I highly recommend SALYERS ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING to all.

Don't Use this Dealer

Very unprofessional. Scared my neighbor trying to steal rocks from her yard. Rock that should have been brought to the job site, to begin with. Embarrassed me to death. Tore a long gash in my laundry room floor, Didn't replace it. Never gave us the key to our generator, had to order a set. One of his "workers" posted unauthorized pictures of our house, generator and laundry room on FACEBOOK. Never gave us the warranty information as agreed to. Got mad because we called and asked his wife to have him call us to discuss warranty drop off. Actually tried to get us to apologize to her. I could go on some more, but i wont. Just steer clear !

My generator was installed in a very professional and timely manner. Mr. Salyers was very knowledgeable about the Generac, answering all my concerns.
