Watts Of Power Generator Services

Poor service tarnishes th

The Generac is excellent - 5 stars. Sabertooth (Watts of Power Generator Services) is 0 stars. Sabertooth (Watts of Power Generator Services) was unable to fix the problem of the engine not running properly, since it was installed in 2022. It cost us $500 for two trips by a Sabertooth service tech, who was unable to fix the problem. In May 2025 asked Acme Tool to investigate the Generac problem because Sabertooth could not identify the problem. The Acme Tool service tech discovered immediately (less than five seconds) that there was no regulator attached to the Generac. The Acme Tool service tech said that he had seen this problem before with Sabertooth Generac installations. They never install a regulator. It cost us an additional $796 to have Advanced Mechanical to install a regulator. I make this recommendation as Generac is an exceptional unit! Poor service tarnishes the Generac reputation. In addition, I recommend Acme Tool which is an exceptional company, with intelligent employees!

Very knowledgeable and helpful!

From the moment I inquired to the very end with cobblers set up Sabertooth was there every step of the way. Answered every question I had about the generator and it function to ensure the safety of our family during an outage. We experience power outages in the coldest of temperatures and having a Generac generator assures we will not have to worry about going without in dangerous North Dakota freezes. Thank you Sabertooth and Brandon for being your very best through this experience! Highly recommend!

Sabertooth Electric Is AMAZING

I had 2 26KW generators installed at our farm. From start to finish, Sabertooth was on top of their game. Steve and Brandon were polite, punctual and completely professional. They answered every question I had and then some. The installation looks absolutely amazing. Everyone that has seen the install has commented on how awesome it looks. If I could give 10 stars I would because they deserve it. I will recommend Sabertooth to every person looking for a generator.
