Very Unprofessional

I had a standby generator installed by an electrician. But he could not get the wifi to work. He recommended I call a Generac authorized installed on the possibility that he could. I spoke SandS and he refused to do review what the other electrician did. He seemed rather indignant that I did not use an authorized installer to begin with rather than someone I have known for years. This was a very unprofessional and unnecessary attitude. I would not use this company or recommend it.

Knowledgeable, Fair, and Friendly

S&S really knows what they are doing, the estimator Boe came out and explained how the system works, he found out what we wanted to keep running and sized a generator to my exact needs. they had generators in stock and were back within a few days to install the machine. the service was excellent, the pricing was more than fair and competitive, and bottom line we got exactly what we needed.

I wanted to get a standby generator and knew little about what kind or size to get. S & S helped me through the process and were very friendly. They installed my generac generator in one day and it looks great. I am glad I chose S & S.
