Generator Experts!!!!!

I am a mother with children ranging from 5-15 years old. Having power is very important. The last outage we had lasted 4 hours. We decided not to go thru that again. After having a couple different companies come out we called Gentech Generators. They came out and spent about an hour and a half with us. The first 2 companies were in and out in about 30 minutes never leaving our kitchen table. Gentech Generators was quite different though. They asked to look at things such as our distribution panel, furnace and water heaters. They inspected our existing wiring to make sure that everything was up to code. They made sure we knew that they were a very professional company that has a lot of integrity in what they do. We had so many questions and with out hesitation they answered everyone. They asked questions that no one else had asked. In the end I knew that Gentech Generators were the generator experts! Making an investment like this was an easy decision when you have a great company behind you to take care of it. Everything was completed in one day. The staff was clean, neat and very helpful in explaining what to expect when the power fails and what we need to do to take care of it, which was to call them! We just had our first maintenance completed. We chose their Platinum service and I must say they were so in depth with what they did. They checked that generator over so extensively and then came inside and transferred power to the generator. Before they left they replaced the batteries in my monitor as well as my smoke detectors. They are exceptional!!!!! We have recommended our family and friends to them!!!

Very professional

We moved to a new house out in a rural area and were concerned about power outages. We called GenTech to see about getting a home standby generator. We were very impressed with how quickly they were able to come to our house. I also liked that they made a point to come to our house so that they could accurately provide us with the right size of generator. They were able to answer all of our questions and provide us with answers to questions we didn't even know to ask! I would highly recommend GenTech to anyone! They were prompt, courteous and we felt the price was extremely fair.
