Terrible

He confirmed an appointment with me to do warranty work on my generator that will not run due to the issues. The day of the appointment he called and told me he wouldn’t work on it because it wasn’t bought from him. I hired a guy to install it and had nothing to do with that process. The owner of this company was extremely rude, condescending, and not to mention inconsiderate that a home generator was sitting broken waiting for him to fix and he bailed last minute. Warranty pays if he sold the unit or not. If I could give negative stars I would

Excellent Dealer, Service and Install

Robert came out gave me a recommendation and estimate on a new generator for the whole house, on propane. His service was great by handling everything for me. He answered all my questions, showed me how the unit works and helped with installing the app and service to help monitor both the generator and my tank. Thank you Robert for all your hard work. Highly Recommend.

I found the agent professional and explained every step of the process look forward to working with him.

Today we received a visit from a knowledgeable and professional agent who explained everything about the process to getting a generic after meeting we are sure this is good investment for the home can’t wait to start doing Business with this company.

Bob was great.

He arrived ontime and solved my WiFi setup issue within 15-20 minutes. Also, helped setup my I-phone to receive notifications. He also setup his system to monitor my generator as needed.

Absolutely A-One

They responded quickly to our needs and were extremely helpful and efficient. Couldn't ask for better service!
