I have used this dealer for years for service and the last 3 years for yearly maint i have had to call and call and call. They have been no shows and no return phone calls. Talked to the owner who wanted me to put everything in an email but then i was told that the employees were all family or soon to be family. We have decided it was not worth the aggravation to have them anymore! They let too much personal stuff in the way of business!!!!!!!!

my dealer was very good.

He came over and asked what i wanted to run on the generator.We made a list of breakers i wanted and that way i knew exactly was size generator i needed.we sat down for half an hour went over everything.Very knowledgeable and friendly and did awesome job .I love my generac,my dealer is the best!
