This company wouldn't even consider doing the work for me because I didn't buy the generator from them.

poor management!

paid in full? 1 year plus got invoice requested an additional $1,000 paid it! not worth getting a small claims on my credit report.... if you do use RYBY get in writing with signature "PAID IN FULL" and dated..... also sent us mail to me and my deceased wife?? her name was never on the contract or work order..... retired and on limited income...wow
