Ruby Electric, Inc.

Service, preventive maintenance

This company wouldn't even consider doing the work for me because I didn't buy the generator from them.

poor management!

paid in full? 1 year plus got invoice requested an additional $1,000 paid it! not worth getting a small claims on my credit report.... if you do use RYBY get in writing with signature "PAID IN FULL" and dated..... also sent us mail to me and my deceased wife?? her name was never on the contract or work order..... retired and on limited income...wow

This dealer is wonderful to deal with! Great job on installation

Very pleased with this dealer. On-time, professional, and great to work with! The installation was flawless.

Great People

Tim came out, explained everything in detail, no high pressure. Provided several options as to which way we could go. Generator installed in the time frame promised, tech explained everything I needed to know. Will recommend them to anyone who asks.

GREAT people to work with, professional in each and every way!

The dealer had a meeting with the people in our cul-de-sac, answered every question and won us over with their professionalism. The date of the install I met with the most knowledgeable person one could expect! The install went smoothly with all my questions answered.

All employees were polite and informative,

Everyone at Ruby Electric was polite and very informative. They knew their product well which helped us reach a decision on which product was best for us. The installer was efficient and polite.

Residential Quote for Generator

My family and I received a review/quote of the different products and Tim was great. He explained everything to us and there was no pressure to sell us something we do not need. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with.
