Rs Electric

POOR SERVICE

We bought this a year ago with promises of excellent service for yearly maintenance. Well our Generac is in need of the yearly maintenance and we have been waiting 2 months for the man to come. He told us its no big deal, its only maintenance. So the yellow service light has been on for a while with no date at all for him to show up. He keeps saying he will come and doesn't. But those were his promises he made to us of how well he comes to service the Generac.

He won’t call me back!

Rich came to repair a transfer switch for my Generac standby generator nearly two years ago. I had had problems with water infiltration and had already replaced the switch once. When he was done, he explained that he had replaced parts inside the switch and made sure the switch was completely sealed - he told me that I wouldn’t have to worry about water getting inside again. He was wrong. The switch failed again due to water; and my phone calls and e-mails to him have gone unacknowledged. Today, I had the switch replaced again, by another contractor. I would not recommend him.

Dealer has Outstanding Service!

I had a Generator stalled by another dealer but could not get them to come out and service the generator they installed. I been trying since 2021, finally I had a RED light come on (low oil pressure) and I finally called RS Electric, and They came out that day, fixed the generator and had my family squared away! With one phone call we were taken care of! RS Electric is a company that takes care of their customers!

Highly recommend

Rich comes ASAP when we have a problem, even at midnight. He is knowledgeable and professional and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. We will always be his customer and only deal with him

rich is a great person to deal with!

i called him to come out and service my stand by unit because i could not get a hold of the dealer that put it in and he was there the next day! a++
