R&R did a wonderful job with the install and setup of my whole house standby generator. Site prep and install was more involved than anticipated, but R&R saw things through to a successful and professional completion \u2014 requiring several follow-up visits. I would wholeheartedly recommend R&R as a Generac dealer and installer.

Excellent Experience

My wife and I wanted an automatic whole house generator for peace of mind. Michael Nightingale from R&R controls contacted me and met with us to see exactly what we needed. Michael warned us that due to supply chain issues it may take some time to get the switch we needed. Michael kept us n the loop as to their progress in obtaining the parts, when R&R couldn\u2019t get the switch directly from Generac they called other dealers to hunt for one for me. Once everything was on hand the electricians came for the install. They too were fabulous, Terry was the Master electrician and did an excellent job for me, even the county inspector commented on how nice of an installation it was. I could not say enough good things about R&R and the people they employ. I would highly recommend them.

After my house was destroyed by a tornado, we were stuck in the house, in complete darkness, except for a small lantern that I kept beside my bed. When the rebuild was complete, I called Generac. They referred me to R & R Controls. Michael, their representative, came out to assess my property. From planning, to installation, to educating me on how the system works, Michael was there every step of the way. He & his crew were professional, courteous & knowledgeable. I've only had to use the Generac once during a short power outage, but it is comforting to know That when a power outage occurs, my house is covered!
