Choose another contractor...

After speaking with a Generac Representative and requesting a in-home assessment, Generac indicated that they would contact Olson Electric to come out and provide an estimate along with financing literature. Due to the Memorial Day weekend I expected a week or so before I would hear from the contractor. After a week passed I emailed Olson Electric directly on their website, I called and left a voicemail. I did receive a text message asking if I was still interested in a quote. I replied yes. I advised I was out of town on business and to contact my wife. He did not. My wife called and left a voicemail. No return call. Fairly obvious that this contractor has no concept of customer service and no interest in promoting and selling Genera products.
