Roy\u2019s crew on the day of the install we\u2019re on time installed my elderly mother\u2018s new back up generator they were very knowledgeable very polite and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend Roy\u2019s electric to anyone for any electrical work or to install a back up generator.

Roy's Electric does a great job!

Roy and Eric installed my standby generator over a year ago and I have had no problems whatsoever with the machine or the install. I have had power outages and never once felt like I was not covered with adequate power to have my oxygen or my equipment fail. I wish they would do housework and wash my clothes too but that is asking too much! Those two know their electrical business and are experts! Neighbors are jealous and we are happy.

I only write reviews when a company exceeds expectations. Roy's more than did. From the moment I contacted them about purchase and installation, all the way through the installation and training. More companies should talk to Roy's about how they handled customer service. In a word: stellar.

Exceeded my expectations!

Roy got me what I needed, installed with excellent on time, high quality professionalism. All questions answered and I am now an owner of standby power! Will refer till the cows come home to Roy's Electric.
