Roy's Electric, Inc.

2 Years Old & Delighted

I purchased my generation system two years ago and have been delighted with the quiet performance it provides. Roy and team did a fantastic job installing the product and that is the key for whole home genaeration systems. Roy Knows Generators, and their service is impeccible.

Poor Business

i never got the generator I ordered in September as Roy’s was unable to deliver the generator because they never had enough information on my location. It was scheduled for delivery 3 times, each time they had an excuse for why it needed to be rescheduled. They offered to sell my generator to others that were waiting. When I said ok they charged me $1,049 of my deposit to cancel the order. Do not use this company.

Extremely helpful

Kimberly helped me troubleshoot my generator, extremely friendly and helpful

Outstanding company

Roy’s electric was our first choice speaking with Kimberly was an absolute pleasure and we Decided that we were definitely going to use them. Roy’s crew on the day of the install we’re on time installed my elderly mother‘s new back up generator they were very knowledgeable very polite and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend Roy’s electric to anyone for any electrical work or to install a back up generator.

Very Responsive

Roy and his staff got me the exact generator that I needed. Very happy.

Very well done.

They were very professional and timely. A job well done.

This dealer is great!

Their knowledge of the equipment was outstanding. Really helped when I was deciding on a product and size. I still call upon them for my annual maintenance. It's comforting to know there is someone local that can answer questions if needed, I highly recommend them to anyone.

Roy's Electric does a great job!

Roy and Eric installed my standby generator over a year ago and I have had no problems whatsoever with the machine or the install. I have had power outages and never once felt like I was not covered with adequate power to have my oxygen or my equipment fail. I wish they would do housework and wash my clothes too but that is asking too much! Those two know their electrical business and are experts! Neighbors are jealous and we are happy.

Stellar Service!

I only write reviews when a company exceeds expectations. Roy's more than did. From the moment I contacted them about purchase and installation, all the way through the installation and training. More companies should talk to Roy's about how they handled customer service. In a word: stellar. If I need an electrician for anything I will not hesitate to call them again!

Exceeded my expectations!

Roy got me what I needed, installed with excellent on time, high quality professionalism. All questions answered and I am now an owner of standby power! Will refer till the cows come home to Roy's Electric.
