Rowell Electric Co., Inc.

We would have had it no o

Since your installation of our Generac last month, we have lived through two extended power failures, the most recent just yesterday. In both cases the transition to the generator was seamless. Because of our Generac whole house system, we were able to enjoy life without interruption, while our neighbors experienced hot, muggy nights. Getting our Generac was one smart decision. And getting the unit through Rowell Electric was the second best decision. We are pleased with our new generator and appreciative of the outstanding customer service from Rowell Electric. We would have had it no other way!

Generator install

Rowell Electric provides exceptional work and costumer service. I am a perfectionist and value costumer service. Rowell Electric is fantastic! They truly take care of the customer. They pulled the permit, they arranged for my Propane company to be there on the day of the install, they arranged for the inspector visit, they coordinated my warranty with Generac. Full service! Their work ethics are top notch. I had a 26kW Generac generator installed and I supervised the entire installation. I evaluated each step of the process ensuring that the technicians were meticulous and did not take shortcuts. Jeff and Seth and Brian and Wyatt worked in the hot July sun and installed 2 transfer boxes, 2 surge protectors, 2 HVAC delay switches and connected everything to the 26kW Generac Generator. The electrical install was neat and precise. After completion, everything was level, esthetically pleasing, clean, and functional. I was provided thorough instructions about the use of the generator and its maintenance. A few days after the installation I had a power outage and the Generac kicked on immediately. I highly recommend Rowell Electric for any electrical work

What a great Company!

We are so happy that we had Rowell Electric install our generator. They are so helpful with the whole process. And they have the nicest employees!

about 4 weeks ago Rowell Electric installed my Generac system. Who would have guessed that a major Hurricane would have made it to Vidalia, Ga with 100 plus mile an hour winds. Needless to say this area has down power lines, broken power poles with transformer laying on the ground. Storm hit, power went down about 2:30am Thursday, but not at my house. Generac kicked in and saved the day. My Power was restored by some heros from power companies 6 days later. My Family did not notice as far as the power for my house, as for the area it will take month's if not years to clean up. Many thanks go out to the linemen that restored our power and the service and installation that Rowell Electric provided deserves a 10 stars ratting. One of the best decisions that I've ever made that paid for its self soon than I expected.

awesome company

My whole house generator was making a very weird noise so I got in touch with Rowell Electric and at first they said they didnt know for sure when they would be able to come out with every one having problems after this bad storm but they finished up with the call they were on and called me and God Bless them they came out to and worked on it and serviced it for me also, they had to order a part for it and said when it came in they would be back to put it on. That young man and lady were so very polite and explained everything to me as they were working on it. I would "highly recommend " this company They go above and beyond the call of duty to help you.
