TERRIFIC!!!!

My wife and I were a little skeptical about getting a stand alone generator. Once talking to the dealer, they answered all of our questions and the installers were terrific as well. Just one hiccup\u2026timing of the installation and with the gas company were a little off. BUT WE ARE VERY SATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!

18KW Generac Generator

The installation of our 18KW Generac generator on March 3, 2022 was very pleasant and professional. Jay and Zack worked together as a practiced and very experienced team. The Installation took one day, and they worked hard to accomplish it. The salesman, Joe, was prompt and very through and supplied a quote on the first visit. I have spoken with Wayne on several occasions and he is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Joy has helped with setting up the warranty, she is also friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to many years of service from the generator and support from Rowell Electric.

Rowell electric should be ashamed of how they handle their work. From flying down the road to not following up on missed calls. I\u2019ve been waiting forever on someone from the company to install a device of mine and can\u2019t get a straight forward answer from the \u201chead honcho\u201d. I am very displeased and will not be using them again
