Everything operates the way it should and great installation. They did a full walk through on operating procedures and manual operation if ever needed in case automatic startup failure. Price was very reasonable and peace of mind that our emergency power needs will be met. Thanks Amos and Mike

Called for repairs

This guy wanted me to pay mileage and time from Wells to a town 30 miles away, would not bring the part my unit indicated it needed with him, requiring a second trip, also with mileage and time paid, because he wanted to troubleshoot himself. NEVER called back to even schedule a visit as agreed during first phone call. We are limited on repair facilities in this area, this is one less.
