POOR Maintenance Support

This dealer was quick and timely in selling me a generator. Once I had a maintenance issue they would NOT even return my call. They\u2019re an embarrassment to Generac.

Ronco Office

Jeanine has been the contact person for all calls. She has been so patient, professional and well spoken with each call. Her honesty and integrity are obvious and her continued hard work ethic is so greatly appreciated. Ronco is lucky to have her expertise and guidance. What a gift to experience this lovely lady as the customer resource. Grateful!!!

The dealer is awful

I knew I should have gone with a company like Lowes instead of a local. The wait was very long with little to no contact of when my generator would be in. Then I called them after 4 months to be told it was being installed the next day. Installation went fine but it\u2019s now been weeks and it still isn\u2019t connected to my gas line as per the contract with RONCO. The company they sent it to does not answer their phones or return calls. There is no date scheduled for when my generator will be hooked up and they haven\u2019t pulled the permit. RONCO just keeps telling me to wait and eventually that company will get back in touch with them. Eventually is not a time frame. I have to call and email RONCO to get any information as they are always unwilling to let their customers know anything about anything. Hopefully my generator will be hooked up soon so that I will know it works.

Not willing to help

Not at all willing to help people in need of parts. I\u2019m from New Orleans and evacuated to Florida for Hurricane Ida. While in need of parts to keep my generator in good condition as I\u2019ve been out of power for 7 days, this dealer would not sell parts to me so I could take them home and service my generator.

Totally unorganized

Had a estimate scheduled for today. They were a no show. I had called their office and was told the estimator would call me to schedule. He did, but didn\u2019t show up. When I called their office they told me I was not on the schedule and they had not heard from me. So how did I know the estimator was David and that I had a time and date for the visit? Done with Ronco.

Great product

I would highly recommend Ronco Generators. They are a very good company that cares about their customers and giving them excellent service. From the office staff to the technicians everyone is very friendly and professional. Great job and thanks again to Ronco

Excellent and reliable.

Ronco is timely and reliable. Their staff is technically competent and very friendly. When Ronco installed our replacement generator, it had to be lifted by crane over 60 foot trees. This lift was done efficiently and safely in about 30 minutes. We highly recommend Ronco and look forward to a long term relationship with them.

This dealer was excellent

Stetson was very helpful in helping us identify an electric problem even though it ended up not being related to the generator. The office manager Jenny was extremely knowledgeable of their product and very friendly also. We highly recommend Ronco in the purchase and maintenance of your generator.

Just keep charging more money and not fixing the provlem

We keep paying over $500 in multiple repairs and they keep telling us they don\u2019t know what is wrong.
